Funds in a Community Preservation Fund (CPF) must be deposited directly into the Community Preservation Fund and can only be used for purposes laid out in the adopted Community Preservation Plan (CPP).

Rochester’s CPP outlines how CPF revenues can be allocated, as required by NY State law. The Town Board and a new CPF Advisory Board will use this CPP as the roadmap for future spending decisions.
